If you would like to be considered for a future surrogate match with Love & Kindness, please complete our Intended Parent Profile.
There is no agency agreement and no agency fee required to join our waiting list. The profile simply helps us understand who you are, where you are in the process, what matters to you, and what kind of surrogacy journey may be the right fit.
Once we receive your completed profile, we will review it and follow up with you directly.
How it works
1. Download the profile
Please download the Intended Parent Profile and complete it as thoughtfully as you can.
The profile asks for basic contact information, your family background, your reasons for pursuing surrogacy, embryo and fertility clinic information, matching preferences, and a letter to your future surrogate.
2. Add photos
Please include 5 to 10 photos with your profile. These photos help a potential surrogate get a warmer sense of who you are as a person, couple, or family.
3. Upload your completed profile
When you are ready, please upload your completed profile and photos below.
If you are still working on certain answers, that is okay. You can share what you know now, and we can talk through the rest together.

What happens after you submit?
After we receive your completed profile, our team will review your information and reach out by email to confirm that you have been added to our waiting list.
You are also welcome to contact us first if you would like to have a consultation or ask questions before submitting your profile.

Joining our waiting list does not lock you into working with us.
If you find a surrogate through another agency sooner, we are genuinely happy for you. Our goal is not to pressure intended parents into waiting with us. Our goal is to be helpful, honest, and fair from the very beginning.
When the right potential match becomes available, we will contact you and guide you through the next steps.
