Orders

To place an order from our Online Store, simply add the product(s) you are interested in to your cart and complete the purchase procedure by following the step-by-step instructions provided. If you wish to place an order without using the Online Store, please forward your request by email to info@canicomitalia.com.

If, due to a simple misunderstanding, Canicom Srl should indicate a product price higher than the actual price listed in the price list in force at the time of order confirmation, we will proceed with the refund of the excess amount paid, using the same methods you used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event that, however, the price indicated on the site is lower than the actual price provided by the price list in force at the time of order confirmation, we will take care of sending you an e-mail notifying you of the error and asking you if you are willing to proceed with the purchase at the actual price. In the event of a negative response, we remind you that Canicom Srl always has the right not to accept your purchase proposal.

Upon completion of a purchase, you will promptly receive a summary email containing all the details of the order. The same details will be available in your reserved area of the site, which you can access with the credentials entered during registration.

By not using the access data for your reserved area of the site, you will be able to review the details of your order in the email that you will promptly receive upon completion of the purchase.

Orders are processed quickly. You will be able to make changes until you receive the confirmation email from the GLS courier that your order has been taken charge of.

Italian law guarantees the customer the right to cancel the purchase and obtain a full refund (including initial shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the purchased item. For further information on this matter, please read the Terms and Conditions document available in a specific area of our website.

Canicom currently accepts four payment methods:

Paypal – using credit cards on Paypal’s secure servers (a Paypal account is not required)

Cash on delivery – cash on delivery with an additional cost of €3.00 VAT included

Bank Transfer – the order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment

Soisy – payment by installments for amounts over €250

In order to avoid unpleasant mix-ups and/or misunderstandings, Canicom always prefers to receive orders in writing. If you are unable to place an order through our Online Store, we kindly ask you to forward your request to info@canicomitalia.com, correctly indicating the following information:

-name of the articles and their codes

– desired quantity for each item in order

– desired payment method, except for payment by installments which in this case cannot be activated

Delivery

Shipping is standard via GLS courier and is carried out in 1/3 working days from receipt of the order, unless stock is unavailable. Shipping costs €8 and is free for purchases of €70 or more. For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands, delivery may take 1/2 additional days.
Orders placed during company closure days will be processed on the first working day following the reopening of our offices.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email directly from the GLS courier containing the shipment tracking number and the link to the GLS website to track your package.

Our orders are shipped via GLS courier and a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is able to sign for the delivery, the package will be returned to the depot and the courier will make a second delivery attempt the next working day. If the package cannot be delivered, the courier will inform us that it is currently in storage and we will then contact you to arrange a delivery date and time slot. We remind you that your package will remain in storage at the courier’s depot for 10 working days from the first delivery attempt and will then be automatically returned to us.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, between 08.00 and 18.00. You will need to sign for the package upon receipt. If no one is able to sign for the delivery, the package will be returned to the depot and the courier will make a second delivery attempt the next working day. If it is not possible to deliver the package, the courier will inform us that it is stored at their depot, so we will contact you to agree on the day and time slot for delivery. We remind you that your package will remain at the courier’s depot for 10 working days from the first delivery attempt. It will then be automatically returned to us.

If, upon receipt of the goods, you should find anomalies in the packaging, such as damage or tampering, or on the product itself, it is essential, for the purposes of compensation to the relevant courier, to inform the delivery person of what you have found and sign the collection of the package with reservation.

In this case, we recommend that you immediately open the package to verify the integrity of the product and provide us with timely notification regarding this matter, so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased on the Online Store can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product. We can only make size and/or color changes, so change the purchased item with the same item in a different size and/or color. It is not possible to exchange the product with another. Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will send you the new size or color. You can request the exchange of multiple products belonging to the same order, provided that they are all returned together, in the same return package.

If you wish to change a purchased product, please forward the request by email to store@canicomitalia.com indicating in the subject “size/color change”, mentioning the product code, the desired size/color and the order number to which it refers. You will be contacted by one of our operators to make arrangements on the return methods.

If you decide to return your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you take possession of the goods to submit the return request. Follow the procedure below to correctly exercise your right of return and obtain a refund.

1. Complete the return form found in the Media Center section of our website, specifically in Forms, or download it by clicking here. If this procedure is not carried out correctly, Customer Service may take longer to correctly handle your request and proceed with the refund.

2. Send the withdrawal form to Canicom Srl by registered mail with return receipt to Via Di Sottopoggio, 32 – 55060 Guamo (LU). You can also send it by fax to 0583/462411 or by email to strore@canicomitalia.com which will be followed by a timely notification of receipt by one of our operators.

3. In any case, you may exercise the right of withdrawal by means of a different declaration, provided that it is expressed in a suitable form and delivered according to the methods already identified in point no. 2.

4.Following the agreements with our operator, upon receipt of the package, we will proceed with the refund by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The 14-day term to make the refund starts from the day the withdrawal reaches our sphere of knowledge. We will send you a confirmation email from the address store@canicomitalia.com

5. We would like to point out that if the goods are not delivered to us within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, we have the right to withhold the refund until the goods reach their destination.

6. If the goods reach us tampered with, a reduction equal to the decrease in value suffered by the goods must be made on the refund. Reduction provided for by art. 57 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code which establishes the user’s responsibility for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the manipulation of the goods, other than that necessary to restore their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you wish to exchange a product for another of a different size/color, follow the instructions under “Instructions for free exchange”.

It is not possible to return or exchange an item purchased on the Online Store at one of our authorized retailers. For any returns or exchanges of goods, please follow the instructions indicated under the headings “Instructions for free exchange” and “Instructions for free return”.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on the Online Store you have the possibility to return the goods to us. Italian law guarantees the customer the right to withdraw and obtain a full refund (initial shipping costs included). The request and return of the returned goods must be made within 14 days from the day you take possession of the goods.

Purchases made on the Online Store cannot be returned to an authorized Canicom dealer. If you wish to return a product and be refunded, please remember that you must return the intact packaging containing all the elements that the product was originally supplied with.

All returned orders will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, in order to assess the integrity of the returned goods and to be able to start the return acceptance and subsequent refund process.

Warranty

All products distributed by Canicom are covered by a warranty. The duration of the warranty is clearly expressed in the article sheet of each product on our site. Please keep the purchase invoice and, where applicable, the Canicom warranty coupon issued together with the product, inside the package.

Yes, and Canicom Service is the only service center for Italy for all the products we distribute. To proceed with a request for assistance, contact the Canicom Service assistance service using the dedicated portal www.canicomservice.com.

Canicom Service also repairs products that are no longer covered by warranty. We invite you to forward the request for assistance to Canicom Service using the dedicated portal www.canicomservice.com. If you wish, you can request a quote for the intervention that the product requires.

We are sorry and apologize for the error. Please contact our Customer Service by sending us an email to store@canicomitalia.com mentioning the order number it refers to and the problem encountered.

Authorized Resellers

It is not possible to return a product purchased on the Online Store to authorized retailers. Please return all online orders to Canicom, following the return procedures of the Online Store. Likewise, it is not possible to return to the Online Store a product purchased from one of our authorized retailers.

No, the product packaging is the same for the product sold at our authorized retailers and on the Online Store.
